Thanga is a Conversational Engagement Platform as a Service (CEPaaS) that provides fast, reliable and innovative solutions with national reach. Our customers range from SME's to large enteprises that integrate our services into their business operations.

When you create an account at Thanga by completing the registration form on our website or through a sales agent, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you’re at least 18 years of age. If you use our services for business purposes, that business will be bound to the Terms outlined below. You also agree to comply with the following additional policies and each of the other agreements posted on thanga.co.za/legal that apply to you:

We may revise this user agreement and any of the policies listed above from time to time. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it, unless otherwise noted. If our changes reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities we will provide notice to you of at least 21 days. We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice, subject to applicable law. By continuing to use our services after any changes to this user agreement become effective, you agree to abide and be bound by those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to this user agreement, you may close your account.

1. General

In this agreement “we”, “us”, “our” or “Thanga” refers to Thanga Beleggings (Pty) Ltd. We have our statutory seat in Johannesburg, South Africa. Only these Terms, and no other Terms, apply to all services Thanga provides to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If you use our services, you accept these Terms and they will become a legally binding agreement between you and Thanga.

Our Service Level Agreement and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. By using our services, you confirm that you have read these documents and that you agree and shall comply with them. When we refer to ‘Terms’, we refer to all these documents and these General Terms of Use.
